I've been avoiding it.
So as we close in on the New Year and the holidays are keeping us busy, eating habbits are on the forefront of my mind. Namely because it is the time of year I slip down the oh so slippery slope and it is so hard to recover!! I have to admit that I am still trying to recover from my pregnancy - All I wanted was comfort food that reminded me of being a kid so my delicious gormet chef of a husband had to resign himself to ham sandwiches and goulosh (how do you spell that, really...this is a Midwest thing :-) Now between 2 little ones I have had little energy to make the delicious nutritious food happen but me and the hubs are gearing up for it. We've put exercise back on the plate and I am going to put together some Lifestyle Guides in the coming weeks for our blog. I will admit now that it may not be ready until after Christmas, but I am working on it ;-)
